Professor Eyal Winkler
Chief Medical Advisor
Professor Eyal Winkler is the head of the Winkler Clinic, a leading center for reconstructive plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. A graduate of Ben-Gurion University (1985), he is certified in plastic and cosmetic surgery and completed advanced training in microsurgery and aesthetic surgery in the U.S. and Canada.

He began his career at Sheba Medical Center, where he later served as Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery and the Burn Unit (2011–2016), performing complex reconstructive surgeries following burns, trauma, and cancer, and previously chaired the Israeli Society of Plastic Surgeons (2005–2009).
​
Professor Winkler performs the full range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures and trains dozens of physicians each year. He leads the clinical knowledge base behind Concilium Aesthetics’ technological system.
Assaf Winkler
CEO • Co Founder
Asaf Winkler is the CEO of Winkler Clinic, an entrepreneur, and the owner of NuYu, a leading hair-restoration clinic network. He holds a B.A. in Communication and Business Administration from Reichman University.
In recent years, Asaf has led innovation and growth in Israel’s medical aesthetics and hair-restoration sectors, following a career in hospitality, management, and media, where he founded groundbreaking technological ventures in the radio industry.

Asaf brings a unique blend of business acumen, creativity, technology, and human-centered thinking - shaping one of the most advanced treatment and service experiences in Israel.
Haim Lati
CTO • Co Founder
Haim Lati is a senior technology and innovation leader with 13 years of development experience. Self-taught across multiple programming languages, he has built complex systems and led core technological projects.

He specializes in AI, advanced algorithms, and large-scale system architecture. Previously, he served as a Tech Lead in the security division of a major insurance company, overseeing system protection and intrusion prevention.
As CTO of Concilium Aesthetics, Chaim leads the company’s technological development and AI platform architecture.
Arad Akikous
Chief Strategy & AI Architect • Co-Founder
Arad Akikos is a strategic consultant and tech entrepreneur with 18 years of experience.
He has advised, built, and led strategic systems for major corporations, and directed presidential and prime-ministerial political campaigns across Eastern Europe and Africa.

Since 2008, Arad has been lecturing on artificial intelligence, researching social networks and algorithmic behavior, and contributing to advanced algorithm development teams in multiple startups since 2010.

Today, Arad leads strategy and AI architecture at Concilium Aesthetics, shaping the company’s technological vision and advanced intelligence models.
